Image Upscaler & Watermark Remover
Paint over any watermark or logo and it is reconstructed from the surrounding pixels, then upscaled. Runs entirely in your browser.
Need a bigger image or a watermark gone? Paint over anything you want removed and our browser-based tool reconstructs that area from the surrounding pixels, then upscales the result for print and social media. No account, and your images never leave your device.
Upload Image
Upload an image, mark whatever watermark you want gone, and upscale the result. Everything runs in your browser — no image is uploaded to a server.
Inpainting marks the watermark as unknown and synthesises a plausible continuation of the surrounding image. It never tries to recover the original pixels underneath, because on a JPEG those are gone.
The red overlay is the area that will be reconstructed. Paint to add to it, use the eraser to trim it back.
Automatically marks the star Gemini adds to the bottom-right of generated images. The template only covers the main star, so paint over the small companion star next to it.
Lower catches more of the faint outer glow; higher is tighter to the star body.
Expands the mask outward to guarantee the whole mark is covered.
0 = soft · 0.45 = crisp (recommended) · 1 = aggressive

Frequently Asked Questions
How does it remove a watermark?
You paint over the watermark, and the tool marks that region as unknown and reconstructs a plausible continuation of the surrounding pixels. It synthesizes new pixels from what surrounds the mark rather than trying to recover the original ones, which is why it works on watermarks the tool has never seen before.
Does it recover the original pixels underneath the watermark?
No, and it is worth being straight about why. If the watermark was baked into a JPEG, compression has already destroyed the pixel data that was underneath. Those pixels are genuinely gone, so no tool can reconstruct them exactly. What this tool does is produce a seamless-looking result, which is what you want for print and social media.
Do my images get uploaded to a server?
No. All processing happens locally in your browser, so the image never leaves your device. The only network request is a one-time download of the processing engine the first time you remove something.
Are the upscaled images suitable for printing?
Yes. You can export at 2x to 4x and stamp the PNG with 150 or 300 DPI metadata, which is what print shops look for. That said, this is resampling plus sharpening, not AI super-resolution: it will not invent detail that was never captured, though it avoids the blocky look of a naive upscale.
How do I handle watermarks it does not know about?
Every removal starts from a mask you control, so you can brush over any logo, text, or timestamp yourself. For Gemini-generated images there is also an auto-detect button that marks the bottom-right star for you. Just note the star has a small companion star beside it that the template does not cover, so paint over that one too.
